Magasin release 1

The first release of Magasin ran with the Intelligent Interface on LLWin. The warehouse model featured:
  • 9 areas,
  • an input conveyor and color recognition,
  • an output conveyor
  • switches to select the color.
The X-Y axis are managed by motors and the Z-axis in managed by pneumatic system with a vacuum head.

The project sums:
  • Intelligent Interface and Expansion Unit,
  • a 1.4 MB LLWin program,
  • 16 digital inputs: 10 switches, 4 step-counters, 2 phototransistors,
  • 1 analog input: a phototransistor for color identification,
  • 8 outputs: 1 lamp, 5 motors, 2 electro-valves, and
  • 12 metres of electric cables!

Magasin release 2

The second release was a quantum leap with 2 RoboTX controolers and RoboPro:
  • total size: length 57 cm x width 52 cm x heigth 35 cm
  • coverage: X-axis 30 cm x Y-axis x 9 cm x Z-axis = 3,7 cm
  • 2 Robo TX controllers,
  • a 2,4 MB Robo Pro project,
  • 4 motors,
  • 1 encoder motor,
  • 8 switches,
  • 3 step-counters,
  • 3 solenoids,
  • 1 vacuum generator,
  • 1 color reader,
  • 6 lamps,
  • and 15 meters of cable

I'm using 2 Robo TX controllers: one is master and the second extension.
  • RoboPro release 2.1.3.14 updated to 2.1.4.0
  • Robo TX controller firmware 1.18.02 for both master and extension controllers

Magasin release 3

Release 3 differs from previous ones by a simplification of the warehousing area.

Separations between boxes are gone. This brings higher tolerance towards drift.
