I²C New LCD Screen 4 x 20 characters smartLCD

This new LCD screen replaces the previous I²C LCD screen 4 lines of 20 characters LCD03, which has been discontinued. It provides the same 4 lines of 20 characters. The driver has been adapted accordingly to keep the same functions.
