I²C Triple Axis Accelerometer ADXL345

The ADXL345 is a very popular triple axis accelerometer with high resolution measurement at up to ±16g.
An accelerometer can be used to provide the orientation of a model.

Combining the triple axis accelerometer ADXL345 with a triple axis gyroscope and a triple axis magnetometer, results in an inertial measurement unit, which can provide the yaw-pitch-roll angles used in planes.
