Exploring the Lego World

I used to play with Lego and Meccano before discovering fischertechnik, and I've been playing with fischertechnik for more than 40 years now.

Today, I decided to give a look and explore the Lego world! 

I'm going to focus on the Lego Mindstorms EV3 set and compare it to the fischertechnik Robotics TXT Discovery Set. My idea is to evaluate both systems and identify the ideas worth considering.
